With as many celebrities as there are on this show, there is bound to be drama. Throw in Omarosa, and there is bound to be blood. As the men arrive back from the boardroom, Omarosa and Piers immediately go at it, ending with Omarosa pouring a glass of champagne over the Englishman's head. This is not the first or last fight Piers will take part in, Stephen is up next.
After Piers called Stephen a hypocrite, Stephen makes the decision to follow in Vincent's footsteps and "resign" from the show. Trump calls Stephen a quitter and asks if he would like to move to team Empresario so he doesn't have to work with Piers. Stephen agrees and goes on his marry way.
Upon telling the ladies the news of the move, they were all less than impressed as they would rather not have Stephen as a member of their team. Omarosa informs Trump that her team "respectfully declines" his offer to add Stephen to their team. Trumps response? "I'm the boss, he is on your team." So that settles that.
The team's task is to complete a living window display for Vera Wang's new mattress made by Serta. It seems right off the bat the women have the advantage, however, they will have to make due without their new teammate Stephen, as he has a prior engagement this week. They will be judged on creativity, branding, and entertainment value by both Vera Wang and an executive from Serta. But of coarse, the Donald has the final say in the boardroom.
Omarosa steps up as project manager for Empresario and immediately begins delegating work to her employees. Everyone seems on board and things are seemingly running perfectly for the women. Team Hydra, chooses Lennox as project manager this week, and we see a side of him we never knew existed. The women decide on the slogan, "A perfect marriage" to play off of Vera's wedding dress experience. Whereas the men choose a more, romantic approach. Trace steps up with the winning line, "The world's greatest romance deserves the world's best mattress." Way to go Trace. Lennox and crew jump on board and being planning their window.
As if there wasn't enough fighting already, Piers has something to say about Lennox's leadership style: he is a monster. Lennox asks each team member to raise their hand before speaking, infuriating Piers to no end. Meanwhile, Stephen returns from his prior engagements and joins team Empresario to get caught up. As Nely is informing him of their ideas, Stephen immediately wants to make changes, pissing off everyone on Empresario within his first five minutes as their teammate. As the window displays start going up, it is clear some of the celebs are having some serious issues.
It seems Marilu took one to many happy pills this week, as she is all over the place and making no sense. Omarosa is taking note as to just how bizarre her behavior is. As the teams gear up for their window unveilings, Empresario is up first with a wedding scene and cheesy flash cards. Although both the Serta exec and Vera were impressed with Empresario, they still had to see team Hydra's display. Hydra had a timeless couple, Cleopatra and Marc Anthony, laying in bed with all the modern elements of today's world. The exec and Vera both seemed equally impressed with Hydra's display. As it would turn out, Hydra wins, yet again, and the women plus Stephen are headed for a stressful boardroom.
Omarosa does fess up to the wedding theme being her idea (surprising) and it should be clear that she needs to be the one sent home. After pleading with Trump to let the whole team stay in the room as it was a collaborative team effort, Trump forces Omarosa to choose two people to come back with her. Omarosa chooses Nely and Marilu, siting that Nely should have had a larger hand in what was going on. Marilu, for obvious reasons, needs no explanation. Trump ends up firing Nely, who left pretty ticked off. One can only hope next week will be the end of Omarosa.
