Brooke got a baby at the end of the last episode like she had been wanting for a long time at least a week or so. This week we begin with her having to deal with the consequences of that decision. The baby -- named Angie -- won't stop crying and she, nor Peyton, have gotten any sleep in days. Brooke and Peyton are doing their best to try to entertain Angie but nothing seems to work, at least not for long. Brooke tells Peyton she's worried Angie just doesn't like her, but Peyton tries to reassure her that things will be alright.
Skills and Mouth's other friends are still having a hard time dealing with Milli moving in with them. It's Jamie's birthday today and he's extremely excited when Haley wakes him up. He tells her that he wants a Nintendo Wii. Nathan is at the school gym practicing some hoops. Dan stops by and tells Nathan that he'd like to see Jamie and wish him a happy birthday. Nathan tells him that he isn't going to see Jamie and he should've thought about that before he killed Keith. Nathan tells Haley about Dan and she tells Nathan that Jamie keeps asking if 'grandpa Dan' is going to come.
Haley drops by Lucas's house to let him know that Lindsay is going to be at Jamie's birthday party. He tells her that he's hoping today is the day he gets Lindsay back. Keep dreaming Lucas. Haley tells Lucas to just give Lindsay time and tells him that no matter what she's there for him.
Brooke forgets that she has a meeting with Macy's and was supposed to draw up sketches. She hasn't had any time with taking care of Angie though. She tells Milli she'll figure it out. Later Brooke is working on her sketches and Angie seems to be cooperating at first, but then she starts crying. Brooke attempts to calm her down by showing her one of the sketches and just then Angie spits up all over the paper.
Skills enlists Peyton to help him find a Wii to get Jamie. And, he wants to get Peyton out of her gloomy office which is under construction building a recording a studio. On their walk around town looking for a Wii Skills tells Peyton that he's worried Nathan and Haley will never forgive him for losing Jamie at Lucas and Lindsay's wedding. Once back at home Skills opens up to Mouth about his concerns with Nathan and Haley. Mouth tells him that they will forgive him, he just needs to forgive himself.
It's party time! Lindsay arrives to the party just as they are singing "happy birthday" to Jamie. Lucas stares at her hoping for a reaction, but the best he gets is a little smile. Later, Lucas gets Lindsay a piece of cake as a way to break the ice with her. She tells him that she's going to stop by his house after the party. Jamie comes up and asks Lindsay if she's going to come home soon, Lucas tells him that he's working on that.
Milli talks to Skills because she thinks the guys might not be so happy about her living with them, so Skills is honest with her and tells her that the guys aren't really that excited because it means giving up pizza nights, video games and water fights.
Jamie talks to Brooke while she's changing Angie. She tells him that the reason she wanted Angie was because of him, he made her realize how great kids are. And, she tells him that no one will ever replace him. Skills talks to Peyton and tells her that he's rooting for her to get Lucas back. Deb is keeping the birthday clown busy flirting. But, Dan shows up at the party to her surprise. She pulls Dan outside before anyone can see him and tells him to leave. He pushes his gift in the clowns face and Deb and the clown walk back inside.
Peyton apologizes to Lindsay for how everything happened. Lindsay says she doesn't blame her, she could've said yes but she didn't. Skills talks to Nathan and Haley and apologizes for the incident at the wedding. They tell him that they are just having trouble trusting him with anyone right now, but that they don't blame him.
Jamie opens his presents... Dan gave him Nathan's old basketball jersey -- though no one knows that the present came from Dan except Deb and Nathan. After everyone is gone Jamie is playing with some of his toys but still doesn't seem that happy so Skills asks what's wrong. Jamie says he was really hoping for a Wii, so Skills gives him his present. Jamie opens it and is super excited. He asks Skills to play the Wii with him. Later, Haley catches Deb and the clown doing the deed in the bathroom. Deb certainly hasn't changed much.
Lucas helps Brooke get Angie's car seat back in the car when Brooke has some problems. Brooke is starting to get completely frustrated that everyone else seems to know more than her about babies. Lucas explains that he did have a baby sister born when he was 18 so he's had some experience. Brooke gives him a hug. Later, Lindsay stops by Lucas's house. Lucas expects this to be her coming back to live there again, but she tells him that she's just back to get the rest of her belongings. He tells her that he loves her, she says she loves him too but it takes more than love to build a marriage. He says he's willing to do whatever it takes. She hands him his key back but he won't take it, so she lays it on his dresser before she leaves.
Milli tells Mouth that she has to run out for something. While she's gone Mouth and his roommates enjoy a pilates video of hers. When she gets back she has pizzas, beer, and a squirt gun. She tells the guys there are squirt guns around the room and to consider their next move very carefully. Milli is determined to fit in.
Later, Lucas has a knock on his door and he jumps up thinking that maybe it's Lindsay, but instead it's Brooke and her crying baby, Angie. She tells Lucas that she has to get these sketches done and asks for his help. He agrees. Angie seems to like him as she has stopped crying. While Brooke is drawing her sketches she asks Lucas if this is how he thought their lives would turn out and if he'd want to go back and do anything differently. He tells her that he'd try to appreciate the things he took for granted back then, but otherwise he thinks you have to go through those things to get to the places you want to be. Brooke tells him that she'll go so that he can get some sleep, but he insists on her staying to finish the sketches. She ends up finishing the sketches and they both end up falling asleep on the couch with her laying her head on him.
Peyton is at Haley's listening to her play piano. Haley asks Peyton if she's in love with Lucas or just the idea of him. Peyton says she thinks it is a little of both. Skills is still playing Wii with Jamie and having a great time. Skills even begs Haley to let Jamie stay up later so they can keep playing.
Nathan goes to Dan's and again asks him to stay away from Jamie. Dan hands him his Will and tells Nathan that he is going to get the beach house. Nathan tells him that he doesn't want it and goes to leave. Dan tells Nathan that he needs a heart transplant and that he only has six months to live. Nathan walks out.
That's the end. Do you guys think Dan will end up getting a transplant or will he die? I think he might die. They have really worn out his storylines and it would really shake things up if they were to kill him off early next season. Also, do you think I should keep calling Lucas "Lucas" or call him "Luke"? Just wondering.
