Beauty and The Geek: The Fixer Uppers (Episode #47)

With only four teams left, this week's challenges will be more important than ever.  The final three teams make it to the season finale next week, and are still in the running to win the money.  Only, this week's challenges are far from easy.  The geeks have to learn about what woman want, where the beauties will learn that plumbing is about more then just crack.

The show opens with the remaining teams giving Jason a, "Viking send-off" by setting a paper raft on fire and floating it over the pool.  Joe took things a little to seriously for my taste.  Then again, Joe takes everything too seriously.  Maybe this week he will finally be put out of his misery and be sent home.  Well, one can hope.

The beauties are up first with their plumbers challenge.  Dressed to the nine in their cute pink plumber shirts and low rise pants, yes, this led to crack of a different breed, the girls learn just what it is they have to do.  First, they have to un-clog a very disgusting looking bathtub, next, they have to stop a running toilet, and finally, they have to retrieve a ring from a sink drain.  The first beauty to finish wins the challenge, and the guarantee of being the final three.  Immediately, Leticia is off to a fast start, almost leaving the rest of the beauties in her dust.  After working on the tub for a while, Leticia finally gets it un-clogged but has to wait for it to drain.  

In what was a rather slow process, the tub drains and Leticia breezes through the next two tests.  There was no question she had won the challenge, saving her and Matt from the final elimination before the finale.  Next up, the geeks learn that woman want is not exactly easy to figure out.

The geeks learn they will have models to make-over from head to toe.  Outfit to make-up.  Oh yeah, this will be interesting.  Immediately, Tommy hopes Amber has been brought back.  Yes, he is still obsessed.  Anyway, much to his disappointment, the geeks learn they will be making over, well, other geeks.  Joe thought the girls were hot, in all their "womanly" glory.  Yes, he actually called his model "womanly," a.k.a, chunky.  Poor girl.  The geeks also have to take before and after photos of their models, and the beauties will decide who gave the greatest transformation.  We all know Joe has no chance, however, Chris really knew his stuff.  Shockingly, he single handedly saved himself and Cara from going into elimination.

By default, Joe and Tara and Tommy and Amanda are going into elimination.  Joe compairs it to battle, of coarse, and I'm just crossing my fingers that this will be it for the cowboy. Someone must love me up there, as Joe and Tara were sent packing.  Next week, Tommy and Amanda, Chris and Cara, and Matt and Leticia battle it out to find out who is more than just a beauty and a geek.
