The Bachelorette: After The Final Rose

 Finally In Love?

So America are you still shocked that DeAnna picked Jesse to marry?  Call me crazy but I just don't see it.  As I went to turn off the TV last night to ponder this I realized that there was yet another episode to watch!  This time its Jason's turn to talk about his feelings.... Couldn't ABC just let things be? How much longer to we have to drag all of this out......

Jason sits down with host Chris Harrison and they watch a montage of him on the show.  Jason admits that it is tough to watch mostly because he was rejected.  He admits to being in love with DeAnna and thought they would end up together.  Jason tells Chris that he still does have feelings for DeAnna.

As if this isn't tough enough for Jason, Chris brings DeAnna out to face Jason.  DeAnna instantly starts crying; after all she sure did enough of it the entire season.  She feels horrible because she understands what Jason is going through because she went through the same thing with Brad.  She apologizes to Jason.  DeAnna admits that she didn't make her final decision until the morning of the final rose ceremony.  She tells Jason that she was never in love with him. Cruel!!!!! Jason puts on his best game face and hopes DeAnna is happy.

Chris then brings out Matt Grant and Shayne Lamas out on stage;  the winners on the last "The Bachelor." Of course they have to update us regarding their fake relationship.  We watch a montage of Matt's proposal to Shayne.  She starts to cry; after all she IS an actress.  I've heard rumors from some pretty good sources that Shayne has been dating other people.  The couple however denies any rumors that they have broken up. 

Jesse then comes out to reunite with DeAnna and go public with their relationship for the first time.  Chris laughs because the two can't stop touching and kissing each other.  The couple admit to already having set a wedding date for May 9, 2009. 

Chris surprises the couple.  "The Bachelorette" is sending DeAnna and Jesse to Greece for their honeymoon.  I really hope these two are in it for the long haul......I wouldn't be surprised if DeAnna and Jesse never  see the Temple of Olympian Zeus.
