Samantha Who: The Building: Episode 204

Samantha explains that looking in the mirror and liking what you see is the key to being able to change your life. 

Regina catches something stealing food from her kitchen cabinet and insists that if Samatha had a job she wouldn't have to be doing this.

Samantha wants a job but wants to find the RIGHT job.  She's sent out her resume to every non profit charity organization in the city, even the sketchy ones.

Back at Samantha's apartment she tells Todd about her new interview with a company called BME.  Suddenly a strange guy shows up in her apartment.  Samantha freaks only to find out it's Todd's friend Seth who needs a place to crash.  Why Samantha puts up with Todd I have no idea.

Samantha is not happy with this arrangement.  She tells Todd that his friend Seth can't stay.  Andrea shows up with shoes for Samantha's interview. A girls gotta look nice you know..... 

Andrea sees Seth and the two start fighting like brother and sister.  Samantha continues to get ready for her interview.

When Samantha arrives she discovers The BME stands for "Best Mom Ever." Her mom set up the interview.

Regina suggests that Samantha and she start their own real estate business.  Samantha who left her last real estate job is a little hesitant to get back into this business, which can lead to a lot of lying, in order to succeed.  Samantha hasn't been getting any other offers and eventually decides to go into business with Regina.

Samantha has one catch though. This time she isn't going to lie about anything.  Samantha sees a bus bench that says Newly Sisters Real Estate.  I don't know what is funnier, the fact that Regina went ahead and started promoting their business when Samantha might have said no or the fact that Regina honestly thinks she can pass as Samantha's sister. I mean Jean Smart looks great but not THAT great.

Samantha and Regina have their first meeting with a potential buyer named Owen. Owen's impressed with Samantha being so honest about everything.  While talking he receives a call from another real estate agent.  

Regina feeling a little threatened decides to unbutton Samantha's shirt a little.  Samantha then flashes back to being with a client who didn't want to sign the deal.  To persuade him Samantha unbuttoned her shirt and got the client to sign the deal.

Samantha freaks out and tells her mom they aren't going to sell real estate this way.  Regina suggests that the 3 of them go out for a drink to discuss business more but suddenly realizes she has to go.  Samantha and Owen head out for their drink.  Is Regina trying to sell real estate or her daughter????

Samantha keeps her shirt pulled closed while talking to Owen. She doesn't want him getting any funny ideas on how she conducts business.  Owen talks to Samantha about his trip to Africa.  Samantha's excited because she's been there too; well sort of. I don't think her fake trip to Africa, aka Miami really counts.

Owen made the trip to Africa because his company makes water for under privileged societies by using solar panels.  Owen explains he wants to buy the building so low income families don't have to pay for energy.

Samantha is extremely impressed.  So impressed that the two end up in bed together.

The next day Samantha tells Dena and Andrea all about Owen.  Samantha really is starting to like him.  Andrea says she likes Seth because he can get her in touch with her favorite basketball players. Seth's career has something to do with basketball.

Dena and Andrea laugh at Samantha's first night stand. Samantha doesn't seem to think it's a one night stand though.

When Samantha arrives back at her apartment Frank tells her that a young man dropped off her red blazer.  Regina comes running into the building, wanting to know what happened yesterday.  She just got news that Owen isn't going to buy the building and thinks that it is all Samantha's fault.

Andrea arrives at Samantha's place to tell Seth she's crazy about him and wants to go out on a date.  Todd warns Seth that Andrea has to be up to something.  Seth decides to go out with Andrea anyways.

Samantha tells Dena how disappointed she is that Owen isn't going to buy the building.  Dena suggests that maybe it's a good thing Owen decided not to or Samantha would be wondering if Owen bought the building because they slept together.

Later on, Samantha finds out that Owen changed his mind and IS going to buy the building.  Samantha livid admits to Regina that she slept with Owen.  Owen explains that the only reason he is buying the building is because he got a bad vibe from the other real estate agent.  Owen apologizes and says he won't buy Samantha's building. The two kiss.

Andrea and Seth end up at Chili's for their date. Gee I wonder how much Chili's paid for this placement....... Andrea attempts to flirt and Seth takes advantage of this by suggesting they eat his french fry until they kiss.  Andrea admits she can't do this and tries to leave.

Seth calls Andrea out.  He knows she is looking for basketball numbers and decides to give her whatever number she wants. He knows she'll go out with the basketball player, have fun, have sex, but eventually will be looking for something more.  This is when Seth comes in.  Andrea frustrated leaves.

Owen drops Samantha off at her place and they kiss.  Samantha runs into Todd and doesn't mention anything about her long day or her new beau Owen.
