One would hope after last week's crap, this week would be a little brighter for Vince and Co. However, it seems things are getting worse for the crew. Not only did Vince have his lines given away by the movie's director, now it seems his lines are being cut out all together. Maybe Vince isn't as good an actor as he once thought.
Meanwhile, Eric is trying get Charlie's pilot made. The only problem is Amy, who wants Seth Green in the show. Now, if you remember, Seth and E don't get along. Not even close. They actually despise each other because Seth was trying to get with Sloan, and E "sucker punched" Seth as a result. Charlie is too busy getting laid to understand E is not happy about this.
Even though Vince wakes up in quite the chipper mood, things suddenly turn bad when he realizes the director cut most of his lines. Sorry Vince, you're just not that good. Anyway, Ari is busy bitching up a storm about not having eggs in his refrigerator. His daughter, smarter and more mature then he will ever be, gets her father to tell her why he is so upset: because his nazi of a partner won't let him sign Andrew. Ari's daughter tells him to ask her nicely, while complementing her, to get her to do what he wants. Ari thinks this is a rather good idea.
Seth is having a great time messing with E, who is ready to call the whole thing off. Especially after Seth tells E to call Sloan and ask her to ask him. Mind you, E hasn't talked to Sloan in a little while. For his client, E will do just about anything. Including going over to his ex's house. Good luck Eric...
While E deals with five year old Green, Vince is dealing with his ass of a director. Vince convinces the director to give him a shot as the lines (before he cut them,) so he can show what he is made of. Sadly, even this didn't help Vince gain the ground he wanted to. The director tells Vince he will help him out after shooting, but that Vince needs to "feel" the lines.
Ari is seriously kissing Babs' ass, congratulating her on an award she has won. He finally convinces her to give Andrew a chance. Lloyd and Ari perform a miracle turning Andrew from a Vally agent into a Beverly Hills agent. Too bad it wasn't enough for Babs, who turns down Andrew after he has a panic attack meeting with her. Ari Gold does not give up that easily.
On the other side of town, E shows up at Sloan's, who tells him she no longer has a boyfriend. Hmm...Guess they both still want each other. After telling Sloan he is there because of Seth, Sloan tells him she will call him if E wants her to. E says never mind, and he leaves on rather awkward terms. Meanwhile, Drama and Turtle are no longer allowed to watch the filming of Vince's movie. Drama is about two seconds from kicking the director's ass.
Sloan takes it upon herself (because she wants E back) to call Seth and tell him to do the show. Seth, E, and Charlie now have to meet at Amy's office to discuss terms. Too bad Seth and E are already at each other's throats. However, as it would turn out, Charlie was the one to beat Seth's ass. Looks like the hunt for a cast continues...
It also seems Vince is going to have to find a new job as of next week. The director has had enough, and refuses to deal with Vince anymore. Ari Gold to the rescue....
