Two and a Half MenCBS' Two and a Half Men has been slapped with a $49 million lawsuit, according to TV Guide. Warner Bros. Television is alleging that CBS has refused to reimburse the studio in production fees and costs since the sitcom became a hit. "CBS has reaped the benefits of the tremendous success of Two and a Half Men but wants to deny Warner Bros. the right to its agreed-upon share," the studio contended in legal papers.
Is tabloid fodder (due to his adulterous affair with actress Siena Miller) Balthazar Getty set to exit ABC's Brothers and Sisters ? E! reports that producers are finding a way to ease him out of the show, without killing him off. Getty's behavior on the set since his affair with Miller has allegedly left him a pariah on the set and a source says “he’s leaving the show.” New episodes of Brothers and Sisters begin Jan. 4.
Grey's Anatomy 's Chyler Leigh is pregnant with her third child by husband Nathan West, according to People . "They are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to the new addition to their young family," her rep reported. Leigh portrays Ellen Pompeo's sister Lexie on the show. Her pregnancy will not be written into her storyline.
Dancing with the Stars ' Mark Ballas sustained a groin injury during the touring production of the show at the Staples Center, according to People . Ballas apologized to the audience, explained that he would have to spend several weeks off the stage, but managed to perform a few numbers.
